EMAIL / PDF / EXCEL → ERP

Email orders → ERP drafts. With a human check.

Turn repetitive B2B orders from email, PDF or Excel into a structured draft in your existing system. Start with one supplier format and approve every draft before it becomes an order.

Start with one order format.

A scoped pilot covers one mailbox, one agreed document format and one target system. First we confirm API access and field mapping. The written estimate follows a review of anonymised samples.

01

Extract

Read the agreed fields: customer, product code, quantity and delivery details.

02

Validate

Match product codes and flag missing or uncertain values.

03

Approve

A person reviews the draft. Nothing is paid, shipped or invoiced automatically.

04

Write & trace

Save the approved result once and keep an audit trail.

Pilot acceptance criteria

  • One anonymised document set with expected outputs agreed before work.
  • Unknown products and uncertain values go to review.
  • A repeated email does not create another order.
  • A failed ERP request remains visible and recoverable.
  • Your team receives mappings, test results and handoff notes.

Comarch, Subiekt, ProfiPiek, Przelewy24 and GLS may be relevant to your process. Connector availability, API permissions and licence restrictions are checked first. They are not included or claimed as supported before that check.

The first pilot excludes live payment collection, tax decisions, unrestricted document formats and automatic dispatch. These can be scoped separately after the draft flow is accepted.
