This page explains what information Corelia Bots may collect when you request a bot or automation quote.

Information we collect

When you contact Corelia Bots, we may receive your name, email, Telegram or WhatsApp handle, project description, platform choices, budget, deadline and integration requirements.

How we use information

We use this information to understand your project, prepare an estimate, reply to your request, plan development work and provide support if you become a client.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website, communicate with you or deliver the requested work.

Payments

Payment follows written agreement on scope, price and delivery. An agreed website diagnostic can use Stripe, which processes payment and billing details and currently displays NBW Designs as the merchant. Digital services purchased inside Telegram use Telegram Stars. Payment references and status are retained to reconcile orders and provide support; Corelia does not receive your full card number.

Retention

Project request details may be kept while the conversation or project is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records and support context.

Website forms and Telegram

The form stores your email, brief, optional project details, consent and campaign/referrer information on the Corelia Ubuntu server. A notification containing the brief is sent to the private administrator chat through Telegram. Bot requests also store Telegram user/chat identifiers, language, messages you submit as a brief or support request, and order status. Do not send passwords or private customer records in the brief.

Analytics preferences

Google analytics and advertising tags load only after your consent choice. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer. Browser storage keeps that choice and limited form attribution state; essential submission does not require analytics consent. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact buhancovnazar@gmail.com. Deletion requests are handled manually; records needed for an active project or applicable obligations may require retention.
