Repeated submissions reuse the reference. A durable notification queue separates saving the request from notifying the owner.
Control access
Customers see their own orders. Manual orders and management controls require owner authorization on the server.
Verified in isolated regression tests
Request deduplication, stored notifications, customer authorization, manual orders, USD amounts and hidden owner controls are covered by the project tests. Telegram calls are mocked in these tests; they do not prove a real payment.
