Observed failure
CRM returns HTTP 400 and no lead record is created.
This is a transparent demonstration using fictional data, not a client case study. It shows the evidence I would expect before calling a workflow fixed.
Inspect the evidenceMissing company_name. CRM rejected the request.
The visible 400 response is a symptom. The repair must address the data contract and prove that failure paths remain controlled.
CRM returns HTTP 400 and no lead record is created.
The form sends company, while the CRM contract requires company_name.
Normalize the payload, validate required fields and add controlled retry handling.

A real project uses redacted logs and agreed test inputs. Credentials are requested only after scope and payment are confirmed.
Send the error, expected result and a redacted execution screenshot. I’ll tell you whether it fits Workflow Rescue or needs a diagnostic first.
