These general terms describe how Corelia Bots presents custom bot and automation services. A project-specific scope or agreement should define final deliverables and payment terms.

Estimates and scope

Prices on this website are starting points. Final scope, timeline and price depend on features, integrations, AI usage, platform rules and project complexity.

Payments

Online crypto invoices are processed by NOWPayments. Heleket payments are planned and will become available soon after final testing. A paid starting invoice begins project intake or the selected support period; final deliverables still follow the agreed project scope, timeline and terms. Network fees, exchange rates and payment provider rules may apply.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, access to required accounts or APIs, legal permissions to use connected data and timely feedback during development.

Third-party platforms

Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, payment providers, AI providers and CRM tools may change their APIs, pricing or rules. Those changes can affect delivery, maintenance or ongoing costs.

Support

Monthly support, hosting, monitoring and updates are optional unless included in a project scope. Support terms should be agreed before launch.

No guarantee of business results

Corelia Bots can build automation systems, but sales, conversion, community growth or support outcomes depend on the client's market, offer, traffic, operations and use of the system.
